The first step is to contact us for the initial consultation when we’ll ask you a few questions to see to which program you might qualify. When we find one we work with you in the following way...

The Process to Qualify

Details First.
We begin the process by asking many detailed questions which are required by each application. As with any process, it is important to get these right up front to help make the rest of the process go smoothly. Which questions? See the FAQ.

Finalize the Application.
We will take the information you provided from the first step and use it to complete all the applications necessary for the program administrator to review. They are sent to either you or your doctor.

Application Approval.
Most approval process is relatively quick, 10 days to two weeks or so. Sometimes, additional information is required before a final qualifying decision can be made. If you are approved you will receive a letter (called a “notice of eligibility”) from the program stating so.

Approved!
Once you are approved by the program administrator, your prescriptions will be sent through the US mail in 90-day supplies. Depending on the program, your medications will be shipped directly to you or to your doctor.
